Rubber cables
MagPro® is a highly active magnesium oxide produced in the form of powder by carefully controlled indirect calcination of milled brucite mineral (magnesium hydroxide).
MagPro® is used as an effective acid acceptor, scorch controller, curing agent and heat stabilizer in the production of rubber cables based on halogenated rubbers.
MagPro® is a key ingredient in the production process of rubber cables based on the following rubbers:
-
Polychloroprene (CR)
-
Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE)
- Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM)
Two grades are available: MagPro®150 and MagPro®170. The right choice of the appropriate grade depends on the formulation and technological parameters.
