Declaration of Compliance was adopted on the basis of the test report №140803/23 of 23.08.2023. The document confirms that MagAdd Е528 complies with the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union “On the safety of food products” (TR CU 021/201, TR CU 022/2011, TR CU 029/2012).
MagAdd® is produced by grinding and classifying a brucite mineral, which is absolutely safe for humans and for the environment. The product is distinguished by a high level of magnesium content in the composition. As a result, we can offer our products for the application in the food industry.
According to international codification of the food additives, magnesium hydroxide is registered as E528. The substance relates to stabilizers and acidity regulators. Also, it can be used in the production of various foodstuffs.
The Declaration of Compliance opens up new prospects for the use of a brucite mineral. Due to this document, Brucite+ will introduce the MagAdd E528 product to the Russian and foreign food industry market.
